Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from HEC-recognized / foreign institution.
Experience: Minimum 01-year post qualification exp. in similar position.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Handle customer complaints, Inquires.
- Adhere to call scripts, standard operating procedures (SOPs.
- Maintain accurate call logs, customer interaction records, and follow-up commitments.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments within defined timelines. etc.
- High flexibility for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/CMS systems.
