Experience: Minimum 01-year post qualification exp. in similar position.


Roles & Responsibility:

  1. Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls.
  2. Handle customer complaints, Inquires.
  3. Adhere to call scripts, standard operating procedures (SOPs.
  4. Maintain accurate call logs, customer interaction records, and follow-up commitments.
  5. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments within defined timelines. etc.
  6. High flexibility for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  7. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/CMS systems.
