Zonal Heads across Punjab including Bahawalpur D.G Khan Multan Gujranwala Rawalpindi and Sargodha Zones

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University.

Experience: Minimum 10 years post qualification exp. with 05 years in similar position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Ability to lead and manage branches operations efficiently and effectively including lending, product sales, customer services, risk management, security & safety in accordance with the Bank’s policy / applicable laws.
2. Deposit mobilization, loan business, superior level of customer’s relations, promote product sales & services culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation to achieve the organizational goals through branches.
3. Ability to think strategically, strong analytical skills, execute effectively in fast-paced environment, provide leadership, training and supervision / delegation of day-to-day operations, business from branches staff.
4. Recovery of loans and proactive approach to reduce and recover NPLs
5. Manage, monitor, supervise and control affairs of the branches in line with credit & operational guidelines.
6. Plan & monitor business credit targets, deposit targets, and other banking services among branches in order to achieve annual plans.
7. Keep a close watch on business KPIs, income / expenditure of branches.
8. Conduct Inspection and ensure compliance of objections and removal of irregularities / discrepancies as highlighted by Internal or External Auditors.
